I. Principal Subsidiaries
QPL Limited
QPL Limited ("QPL") is a wholly-owned
subsidiary of QPL International Holdings Limited since
its incorporation in 1987 in Hong Kong. Its principally
activity is the manufacture and sales of integrated
circuit leadframes, heatsinks and stiffeners.
QPL obtained ISO9002 (1987), ISO9002 (1994) and QS9000
(1998) in 1994, 1997 and 2002 respectively. In February
2003, QPL and its Chang An factory have received preliminary
notification to obtain both QS9000 (1998) and ISO9001
(2000) certificates.
Its manufacturing operation started to move from Hong
Kong to Chang An, Dongguan, China since 2002 and was
substantially completed in February 2003.
